Case Study - 1
Total AV have recently completed the following project on behalf of one of our trade clients into a beautiful north London mosque.
We were asked to install 2 x 20000 lumen Epson projectors along with 2 x 4m wide sapphire electric screens. One of which was a dual drop screen approximately 9m from the floor. We had to build heavy duty framework from the concrete structure the screens were controlled via the Sapphire auto switchers and the projectors were controlled by SY control Panels.
This project was completed within 3 working days
Case Study - 2
On this project we were asked by one of our trade customers to install a 4.5m wide sapphire electric screen into a sports hall. We had to construct a unistrut and threaded bar framework behind the screen on the right hand side to hang the screen off the steel structure, the end user was very happy
All completed in one day without the need to survey prior to installation just from photographs as we carry all we need on our vans.
Case Study - 3
We had an enquiry from a client to install a 98" educational display screen into a 2nd floor classroom.
We were initially faced with a couple of problems!
1) There was no viable easy access route from the ground floor.
2) There was no available wall space to install the screen.
Within 2 weeks of the initial survey our team provided the end client with a solution for each problem and delivered a successful installation.
Overcoming the difficulties in problem 1 our expert team managed to transport the 98" screen up the stairs safely removing the need for any specialist access equipment.
We resolved problem 2 by mounting the unit on a wall pillar using a specialist wall mount kit.
Case Study - 4
Great work as always by team TAV providing a bespoke technology solution to incorporate the old athletics of this beautiful church location.
The dual drop suspended projector screen means the AV kit can remain out of site when not in use!
Case Study - 5
44 x 75" Interactive display screens installed into an educational facility over the space of just 2 days!
We were ask by one of our long term trade customer's to survey 44 classrooms over 2 sites (Upper and middle school) In January 2024. Following our survey and quotation they won the contract!
Our engineers were booked to complete the work during half term to reduce disruption.
Scope of works included the complete de installation of all old ceiling mounted projectors interactive boards and speakers, Then to install the 44 screens onto walls with fixed wiring including HDMi and USB. All successfully connected and commissioned ready for classes the week after.
A very happy customer who was impressed at how quickly we worked and how tidy all the rooms were left, We are now in talks with them about rolling this solution out across the rest of their classrooms.
Case Study - 6
2 x 8000 lumen Epson projectors installed in London.
A bespoke install with long throw lenses mounted inside metal cabinets with bespoke brackets built inside them to allow the projectors to be mounted independently to avoid them be knock etc when the hall is being used for sports events.

1 x Bluetooth receiver
This work was labour intensive with 8 x engineers on day one and 6 engineers on day two. But all work was completed in the time allocated ( 2 days). Customer was extremely happy with the result
Case Study - 7
Our team was approached by one of our Education AV specialist resellers to conduct a comprehensive survey for a prestigious College located in London. The College sought a sophisticated AV solution for their main entrance foyer, specifically desiring a large display. However, the challenge arose due to the presence of a staircase directly behind the desired installation area, rendering direct wall fixation unfeasible.
After thorough consultation with Unicol, we presented a tailored proposal: installing a 9 x 55” Philips Video wall supported by a robust infrastructure of 3 x Unicol floor-to-ceiling twin pole support systems, complemented by pop-out Unicol wall mounts. The College embraced our solution, and within a swift six-week timeframe from the initial survey, we efficiently executed the installation.
The outcome was met with resounding satisfaction from both the College and our esteemed reseller partner. At Total AV, we take pride in delivering solutions that exceed expectations and contribute to our clients' success.
Case Study - 8
We were sent photos of this project by one of our AV education specialist suppliers after they carried out a site survey, we suggested the kit for them to supply, around a month later we were onsite installing the kit (no physical survey needed from Total AV) we were confident with the experience we have and the amount of kit we carry on our vans that we would be able to overcome any problems on site. The end result was a useful large presentation space for an ever expanding secondary school.
