Post-pandemic, we wanted to use our head office, Heelis, differently and create a flexible event space to allow large numbers of staff and volunteers to meet and save the charity money on hiring external venues.
We approached Total Audio Visual Solutions to help make it happen. From the moment we shared the idea, the team were brilliant. They helped us shape our options and offered ideas, without pushy sales or ulterior motives. They were quick to provide everything we needed to complete our project planning processes and waited patiently for us to confirm a start date.
The communications from Andrew, Ben, Jayne and team were great – prompt, clear and flexible – and they followed through on everything they promised.
They completed the installation as part of a complex schedule with other contractors and worked brilliantly with everyone involved. They were friendly, organised and rolled with last minute changes with good humour and professionalism. Post-install, they continue to be supportive and always at the end of a phone if we have any queries.
